Dandelion's Cidre 2021 is a cider made in the Burgundy region of France using locally grown apples. The apples used to make the cider are of various types, carefully selected and sourced from tall trees grown according to organic farming principles.

The apples are hand-picked and transported to the winery where they are cleaned, sorted and pressed to extract the juice that will be used to make the cider. The fermentation process occurs naturally due to the presence of yeasts present on the apple skins.

Dandelion's Cidre 2021 is a straw-yellow cider with golden highlights. The nose has notes of green apple and tropical fruit, combined with a floral aroma of wildflowers. In the mouth it is fresh and crisp, with a slight acidity that makes it very pleasant to drink. The aromatic persistence is delicate and leaves a fruity aftertaste.

75cl bottle, shared with Ewan and Soph by the river. Pours a misty yellow. Aroma of natural wild apple orchard. Crisp, dry impressions on the palate, quite lively and spritzy, almost Champagne-like, furtheer naturally fermented apple nuances, crisp skin with apple core notes. Nice spritzy sipper.
