This cider is custom-designed to have a light texture with loads of flavor. Unfiltered and made with 24 varieties of apples – including 6 varieties of crab apples and both new and colonial-era varieties of apple. This truly unique drink is our flagship cider and is made the same way all our other ciders are: fermented for 8 months in a slow cold process, then additionally aged for a year before canning.

There are no added sugars or preservatives in our cider. This beverage is simply made from our apples, pressed into cider then fermented and aged in a colonial-age recipe passed down in a New England family tradition. Simply put, this is the cider our forefathers would have been drinking.

16oz can shared with Soph on a wall by Winthrop Beach, Boston the evening before catching our flight home. Pours pale yellow. Dry wild feel, crisp with natural skin and apple core.. very gentle carb. Decent and a nice end to our road trip.
