A 4.5% modern take on a traditional cask IPA fermented with a new hybrid lager-ale yeast called Nova lager. Cashmere and Simcoe hops in the brew, and the dry hop give aromas of citrus, melon, stone fruit, and some pine. Dry hopping may cause a slight haze.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Clear gold appearance, small white head. Grapefruit citrus nose. Mild citrus hop character, noticeable pale malt. Just a bit confused about very middle of the road collaborations such as this. What exactly is each brewery contributing, that warrants a collaboration? Quite disappointing in this regard.

Cask at Cloisters, cheeky lunchtime pints. Pours just clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus and light biscuit. Taste is sweet malt and grassy hops, light lemon bitter finish.
