To celebrate International Women's Day 2023, we hosted an open brew day, inviting self-identifying women from Nottingham and beyond to come and brew a beer with us and Brewster's Brewery.
The result is a full-bodied and bittersweet golden ale dry hopped with New Zealand varieties Waimea and Kohatu. Refreshing tropical and pine notes from the hops combine with caramel sweetness and biscuity flavour from Maris Otter and Vienna malts. A gentle warmth on the back of the palate, followed by a bold and distinct bitterness.
10p from every pint is donated to Nottingham Women's Centre.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours a clear deep gold, good white head. Aroma has malt grain, light caramel. Solid golden ale profile, mild caramelised malt, good balanced sweetness. Fine overall.
