To celebrate the re-opening of our industry we wanted to create something that would tempt those high repeat sales at the pumps. Hermit Crab of Hope has a high hop-content for a session, with large doses of Simcoe & Ekuanot in the boil and the fermenters. The results are a pale golden, dry hopped session that delivers clean lemon and citrus flavours with floral notes and a soft bitterness. Easy.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours misty gold, small white head. Floral nose. Taste presents a perfumed floral sweet character, quite an appealing hoppiness. Decent.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Hazy goldne with a creamy head. Its smoothness is a big characteristic, is light-hoppy too.
