Beautifully fresh raspberry aroma mingles with subtle fruity funk and the woody vanilla notes of oak. Raspberry jelly cubes on the palate and quenching acidity work in harmony as the tannic, vinous qualities of the base beer shine through.
Drink this beer now for the freshest, juiciest fruit flavour or let the funk take the wheel and try it in a few years time!

750ml bottle thanks to my bro. It pours clear deep red / ruby with a lasting pink - white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, sweet - sour, tangy, massive tart raspberry, fruit compote, touch of cranberry, vinous and some tangfastics. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, juicy, sweet - sour, fizzy candy, tangfastics, bright raspberry character, vibrant, juicy, light cranberry, vague nip of acidity and light sherbet with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Fresh, fruity, vibrant and tart. Very drinkable stuff.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House. Deep pink appearance, small white head. Wonderfully fresh raspberry nose, excellent vivid fruit definition to taste, sharp sour edge with an emerging depth of flavour. Tart in the right places. Very good indeed.
