Our summer DIPA - hazy to the eye and hazy for the brain. Shedloads of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic & Idaho 7 serve up lashings of mango, pineapple & tangerine, whilst the soft mouthfeel keeps the ABV from being overpowering.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, mango. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, fresh, juicy mango, passionfruit, light floral, light warm alcohol dry hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Tasty.

Can from EeBria, consumed two months past BBE. Deep hazy yellow-gold with small white head. Aroma is juicy with stone fruit and pineapple, light pine and herbs. Taste of tart citrus, pineapple, mango, hop spice with a light creaminess to it. Very good.

Cloudy gold with a thick white cap. Citrusy, grapefruit aroma with a good whack of hops. Flavour has grapefruit, lemon, a little pine, grass, bitter hops, maybe a little stone fruit. Tastes it's strength without being alcohol-y. If you like big IPAs then this'll do you nicely.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 16/11/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is orange zest, light pine dusting, melon, juicy tropical fruit esters. Taste comprises mandarin, papaya, light stoned fruit kiss, grapefruit, pineapple, orange zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come leafy hop bitterness. Tidy easy drinking DIPA.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and very short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, thin, a little thin creamy sweetness. The hops are crisp and bright. Bright pine with a nice touch of hop spice. Very light savoury skunk, the least most aspect of the hop presentation here. Azacca orange and lemon are the dominant flavour here, the other three hops are just filling on the background with mild generic citrus and even milder tropical fruits. Light crisp finish brings back the hop spice. Nice bright refreshing dipa.

Spotty thin beige on a vivid lemon coloured body. Zesty citrus & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a light tingle on the back. Lemon, orange, zesty, cereal & stone fruit tastes with a hopped up bitter finish. Class!

Keg @ Chequers Micropub, Beverley. Opaque slightly muddy gold appearance, small white head. Mixed exotic hop profile. Smooth profile, excellent full sweet haze profile, nicely balanced with prominent mango and passionfruit notes. Pretty good.
