It's early on in the year, and we understand it's easy to have overdone it during the festive period. Whether you've powered on through or are taking things a little more gently at the beginning of 2022, we've got you. A Sabro Release, named for a placeholder note on our brew plans which ended up sticking, is a pale ale for the more discerning drinker. Clocking in at an easygoing 3.5%, we wanted to create a pale ale that has all the full flavour of one of our bigger beers, but at a more reeled in and scaled back ABV. With a 100% Sabro dry-hop bill, this beer is positively bursting with tangerine, coconut, and stone fruit notes with the faintest hint of those signature lime and mint creme notes that make this varietal so unique.
