Yuzu sour - Thick and creamy with a mouth puckering hit of our favourite Japanese citrus. Like a lemon meringue pie but better.

440ml can Sophies Beer Store. Unclear orange, small white head. Great yuzu presence, nicely sour, hints of kiwi fruit perhaps? Excellent overall. PD hitting the high notes once again.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 27/09/21. Clear orange with a moderate white cap that clears to the edge. Nose is big citric zest, lime, yuzu, damp grass, sharp lemon. Taste comprises sharp yuzu, light acidic rip, citric zest, grapefruit, salt licks, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good puckering kiss. Decent flavoursome and vibrant sour.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a small fading white froth. Aroma is super zesty, fragnant yuzu, grapefruit, salty citrus, pithy citrus. Flavour is composed of super sharp yuzu, vibrant zesty citrus, salt, grapeftuit, sweet and sour. Palate is semi sweet and sour, sharp , highish carbonation. Refreshing. Very expressive.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours lightly hazed bright gold with a creamy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet, pleasant zesty yuzu, lemon rind, light salt, refreshing acidity. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, more bright yuzu, citrus, lemony bite. Good stuff.
