Appearance is golden, some haze, a big fizzy head which disappears in a few seconds. Aroma- apple, citrus fruit, hint of mash tun, cider. Taste is lots of sourness, baked apple, tart fruit, citrus, stewed fruit.

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Pours a misty unclear golden yellow colour, no head to speak of. Wild funky on the nose. Crisp initial sip, revealing myriad wild mixed ferm notes, some mild woody notes coming into play. Interesting to taste this base sour profile but you do yearn for more hop fruitiness to emerge.

Can from Brew Cavern. It pours hazy orange with a dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is earthy, wood, cereal, lactic tang, natural yoghurt, musty, hay, dull medicinal character and a touch of barnyard. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, splash of acidity, sour apricot/peach, sherbet, refreshers, lemon rinse, orange peel, lactic, natural yoghurt, earth and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. It's fine, but lacks a bit of clarity.

Can thanks to Andy. Appearance - cloudy orange with a rapidly disappearing head. Nose - dank, lanolin and funk. Taste - citrus, bread and funk. Palate - light to medium bodied, dry, funky middle and lightly, sour finish. Overall - good.
