With Supersonic we aimed to test the limits of what a session IPA can be, focusing on maximising body and hop aroma.
We set out creating a beer that punches above its weight, utilising new & innovative hop products and methods.
The result is a big-bodied ale, packed full of mango, papaya, citrus and peach aromas...all at a sessionable 4.4%

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Hazed golden yellow, good white head. Super smooth, full palate with vibrant stonefruit. Drinks much stronger than 4.4%. Very good, flavourful session IPA.
