Syzygy is a lavishly hopped DDH pale with a luminous peachy opaque appearance. Soft with sweet mango and papaya upfront dusted with a decadent dousing orange rind. The cushioned synergy between malt and hops provides a balance that is almost indivisible.

Can at home, from Rad Beer, 01/04/21. Hazed orange with a good sized light egg shell white covering. Nose is orange pith, mango, sweet tropical fruits, ripe melon, light pine nip. Taste comprises orange zest, light minerality, grass, pine needle, ripe melon, grapefruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent fresh and chuggable pale.

440ml Can from Everyman's Wines, Shrewsbury. Opaque murky gold, with an inch of white froth sat comfortably on top. Juicy tropics on the nose. Moderately smooth palate with a fair whack of tropical fruit, grassy citrus, grapefruit and a medium bitterness. Gently pithy with a solid malt base. Good haze.
