High in carbonation. Easy to drink, lots of fruity herbal hops there. Fruity herbal, hints of grain. Interesting dry with a grainy back.

Brown with a thick, foamy head. Atypical aroma for a brown: orange peel and papaya with caramel undertones. Taste is bitter with a mild fruity tang at the finish. Just a bit of caramel sweetness underneath. Medium body with moderate to prickly carbonation. Nice.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace.[ As Orca bufo rana ].Clear, sparkling, medium to dark red amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, toasted, malt and hop bitter, piney - woody, sharp funk notes, light nutty. 33cl bottle. A almost clear deep amber beer with a small white head. Aroma of moderate hoppy orange fruits and brown malt. Taste of bitter dark malt, caramel, citrus and spicy hops.

Tap at Bierwerk Nürnberg. Hazy brown Amber, huge off-white foam. Nice fresh orange and lime peel notes, light mineral and creamy dry Belgian notes, solid dry chewy mouthfeel, light funky, fresh hoppy finish. Nice.

30-03-19 // taster at CRAFT Nürnberg dryhopped Brown Ale. A bit strange in combination, no perfect balance. First a smooth malty body then a dry fruit hoppy note.
