Bottle at home, courtesy of Beerhunter 111, thanks a lot! Pours deep brown, almost black, with beige head. Nose is cola, earthy notey, light roasted malts and toffee. There’s a metallic hint in there as well. Taste is sweetish malty, showing toffee, bread and slightly acidic roasted, earthy malts. The aforementioned merallic character’s also present here just as in the aroma. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation. It has a kinda cheap, macro beer-vibe to it unfortunately.

Very thick cream-coloured head over deep dark chestnut beer. Sweet nose, sweet bread, parsley, dark soft candico sugar. Bit copper smell. Soft roast, again this candico sugar, but pretty dry. Bit of sigar ashes in the finish. Quite slick, gives a medium bodied aspect, soft carbonation. Bit easy, but not without merits. Easy drinking Dunkel, nothing wrong with that. Original review text: Small yellow-brown head, fast gone over hazy dark brown beer with orange and mossy reflections. Earthy & leafy notes, dark malts. Fresh-smelling, bit grassy. Fresh malty flavour with some more earthy, woody, slightly bready touches. If it’s light, it is also refreshing, thanks to good carbonation and little restsweetness. Yet not empty. Very passable Dunkles, the kind of which I’d like to sample more. Danke, marcusm!

Ein überraschend gutes Dunkles 🕶️, das in einer Kalea-Bierbox zu mir kam. Das Bio-Bier überzeugt mit einem vollen malzigen Körper, der samtig, aber nicht zu süß oder bitter ist. Ein wirklich toll komponiertes Aromenspiel erfreut den Gaumen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

And again big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,33 l bottle. Nearly black in the glass with a more than one finger pale beige head. Smooth roasted malt on the nose, dark fruity background. Taste is also fruity, increasing dry, some berrie fruits in the background. Below average carbonated. Gets a littkle bit thin to end but not bad at all.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass fine a small head. Fine roasty malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, roasty, not too intense. Mild bitter background. Shy chocolate hints. Finish well balanced. Nice!

33cl Fles, klein sample, de fles viel uit de kofferbak en moest direct genuttigd worden. Bruine kleur. Zoet, moutig, wat donker fruit, licht gebrand, chocolade. Vrij zoet. Lichte body.

Bottle, Bio Dunkel, thanks Motelpogo for sharing! Dark brown body, off-white head. Caramelly aroma, toffe, but dry. Lean, dry caramelly taste, dry nutty touches as well. Okay overall, not a wow, but not bad.
