Lots of elderflowers make a wonderful English country summer aroma. The delicate balance is achieved with a light smattering of Amarillo hops.

Cask at Head of Steam, Durham. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of elderflower. Taste is elderflower, sweetish, with biscuity pale malt, citrus and tangy light bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering elderflower finish. Quite OK.
