Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grapefruit and pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, citrus and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Lett tåkete lys brun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukt, fersken og lett av karamell. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Sitrus og sydhavfrukt. Middels lang.

Big bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh and dry grassy, leafs, hay, hops, citrus peel, flowers, lawn, grain, minerals, moss. Taste is dry grassy, leafs, moss, hops, lawn, minerals, light malts, citrus peel, hay, flowers, worth, hints of soap. Medium bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice.

Fra flaske på Mi2, Cardinal, juni-16: klar gylden med flott skum som varer. Nydelig aroma med tropiske frukter, blomster, citron og appelsin. Og smaken er minst llike god! Lett og elegant forkjæler den uanstrengt smaksorganene.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 20.06.16. Aroma of pale citrus, citrus seeds, citrus zest and jasmine with a splash of feline urine. Similar taste, with plenty of bitter citrus. Also some lemon and lime marmalad. Quite refreshing.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of citrus, pine needles, some floral notes, some caramel. Tastes bitter with some sweetness, slightly bitter finish. Thin bodied.

355 ml bottle, as Captain Lawrence Effortless IPA Session Ale, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%, IBU 45. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of citrussy hops, also hints of pine. Smooth mouthfeel. Lovely and refreshing medium dry flavour, well balanced with citrussy and piney hops. A winner, especially for the summer months.

Bottle thanks to that hat guy. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is grapefruit and resin. Medium mouth, pine, grapefruit, lingering bitter finish, very good.
