Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Dark amber color. Matured hops and vinous notes in the aroma and flavor. Malty earthy, well matured. Only a hint of sourness.

Draught @ Arendsnest, small glass. Deep reddish brown color, slightly hazy. Dense off white to beige head with good lacing. Aroma's: sourish, sweetish, wood, a bit vinous. Retronasal it's a bit more sweet, a bit less sour. Flavor is moderate sour, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes quite woody, light funky, moderate bitter.

8 3 7 3 15Draft at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Fairly hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of light brett funk, caramel, overripe dark fruits, malt and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
