BIAB ar GBBF: Poured a translucent with white bubbles. Aroma is very berry fruit. Taste is fruity berry and apples.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bright golden colour with pinkish tinge, no head and aroma of blackberry jam. Taste is sweet, tart, fruity berries, blackberry, apple. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-sweet berry finish. OK

ABV: 4.0%. Clear light red yellow (pink) colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, sweet berries, blackberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sugary, sweet berries, blackberry, sweet apples, apple tart, light tart. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20190808]

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours clear pale golden pink with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apples and stewed sugary blackberries. Medium plus to heavy sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet finish.
