BIAB at GBBF: Poured an orange with white head. Aroma is pungent apples. Taste is crab apples sliced and diced. Tartness in the finish.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, leafy, woody. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, juicy, with some orchardy, mellow funk and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-sweet fnish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 6.7%. Hazy medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple. sweet apples, apple skin, sugary - caramelized apple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20190808]

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours cloudy pale golden amber with minimal head. Aroma of medium fleshy apples. Moderate to medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish.
