Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2019, [ Great British Beer Festival 2019 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.

[ As Big Hand Pendragon ].
ABV: 3.9%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, caramel, sweet malt, ash - smoko notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190807]

13th July 2019, cask half-pint on the 23rd Annual Bishop's Castle Real Ale and Cider Trail. Cooper bronze in colour, smooth off-white head. Subtle berry and malty aroma, floral notes too. Taste is slightly fruity and herbal mix over a semi-sweet malty base.

Cask @ Big Hand Alehouse, Chester. Pours a deep hazed amber, smooth foamy off white head. Light on the palate with a distant nutty, bitter, woody character, quite balanced, very light caramel. Typical cask Welsh red ale.

Gravicask shared with Finn at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Clear dark copper coloured body. Bubbles to the rim. Film-type layer. Doughy fruits on the nose. Taste of leafy hops and toffee, slightly spiced. Dry bittersweet end. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (07.02.2019).
