Ok folks, there's a lot going on here. Originally this beer was a Lime Kettle Sour. Our pals at Cotton and Reed gave us a barrel that was used to age a negroni cocktail mix to play with, and play we did! We added the sour beer and some Strawberry puree. It aged it for about for 4 months and the result is a super complex unique beer that's tart, fruity, citrus, weird and even a bit bitter.

First try @Red Bear. Full pour. Hazy ginger gold pour, lingering lace. Herbal sweet tea & honey. Smells like ginger, which is fine. Juicy ginger, herbal sweet - but not quite rosemary, lemon honey, itchy wheat, bittergreen finish. Where's the pepper? Too sweet.

Rosemary and some florals. Pours light hazy orange with ok head. Tangy end, a bit messy. Some clove. Tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewery, pours a clear gold, murky white head. Nose has lavender, hand soap, rosemary, candy. Flavor is estery with candy, veyr soapy, very herbal. More lavender than rosemary. Finishes sweet, herbal. 6 3 6 2 10
