Cask at GBBF'19 Day 3, 08/08/19. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is lemon tinged straw, herb, yeast esters, grains. Taste comprises straw, toasted grains, yeast esters, hedgerow, orange peel, herb, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok straight up saison.

Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. So so, pretty basic, with notes of dried wheat, yeast, lemon peel. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Wheaty finish. Just acceptable.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy yellowish gold beer, a few white bubbles. Light and semi dry palate. Light floral and light herby bitter. Light finish brings a little ripe citrus. Nothing to dislike here but just another saison.

Murky matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet grain - cereal, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast - sweet cereal - sweet grain, wheat, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
