From tap at The Ginger Man, New York. Saison yeast with bretty funk, hay, grass, some citrus, lemon, bready grain. Light to moderate sweetish, low bitterness. Elegant Bretty Grisette. Or should I say... Gribrette? *drumroll

Bottled 12/17/20, drunk 9/26/21. Clear, lemon-golden. Small, white head to a ring. Smells like lime juice-accented Brett. Juicy and tart with soft honey and biscuit. Light saltiness and light wheat blandness. Juicy, salty and citrusy in the mouth with plentiful honey and playful brett character. So much texture and flavor for its size. A very nice lime gose.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin quickly dissipating white head. In aroma, nice fruity esters and light Brett, faint grape skins and butter, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light butter, smooth, light Brett, very nice. On tap at the COVID19 speakeasy!
