Can @ Van Moll Brewpub shared by kermis. Opaque black color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor is malts, sweet malts, vanilla, sweet cake, cookie dough, typical pastry stout. Solid.

8 3 7 3 16Can shared with Benzai at Van Moll. Black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, toffee and fudge. Flavour is heavy sweet. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample from US pint size can. Pitch black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, chocolate, coffee. Taste is sweet roasted. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with caramel malts chocolate.

Can from Mikkeller Bottleshop, Aarhus. Nice brown head with excellent duration. Color is pitch black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, lots of vanilla, rich chocolate, cocoa nibs, hops and has a nice sweet finish. Lovely cake beer.
