Excellent German Style Pilsner. Golden body with thick white head. Much lacing. Grassy aroma. Malt body with crisp hoppiness and a light hop finish. Drink this.

Pounder can from the beer store in on 101A. IT s clear pale. Taste is at first an almost sharper country pilsner. Then you start to get used to it. There is some mild hay in there as a treat. Decent co2. Not bad, quite friendly and fun. Decent finish, a very good example of a civilized old country pilsner, very few ill effects. Much better than expected.

On tap at The Jeffrey, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, grassy hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is very bright, with fresh grass and herbal notes, with straw, and biscuity malt. Fresh and grassy. This is great.

Can at home. Pours an effervescent yellow, large white head. Lemon rind, some pine notes, biscuit and bread in the aroma. Light flavour of the same, refreshing easy drinking pilsner.

16 ounce can. Medium gold hue. Large pillowy white head. Lovely grain nose of sweet perfection. Minerally malt flavor upfront. Crisp and flavorful with a wisp of lemon verbena and sweet parsley. Deliciously simple in its effort and interpretation of the classic Bavarian Pilsner. Well done Jack!

12 oz can from New York City. Pours a clear gold color with an off-white head and good retention. Fair lacing. Mild hoppy nose. Tastes like a classic pilsner. Clean and crisp mouthfeel with a soft bitter finish.

Draught at Bit Bar, Salem, 1/13/18.
Clear golden with a white head that recedes quickly to ring.
Malty honey shows well-extracted pils malt and lime zest-like hop notes follow. Grapefruit character picks up somewhat and lingers on the finish. Odd that they'd use American or Americanized hops in a light pilsner. I guess it's Huell Melon or Mandarina? Not sure but it's way more citrusy than it should be.
Weird flavors of waxy vegetables, definite popcorn. Moderate bitterness helps keep it zesty and drinkable though it leans heavily on the lime-like character. Light, dry with a pretty good maltiness to it. Ok at best. Though I think the tap lines at this bar were highly suspect at best, so I'll definitely have to revisit.
