Cask at GBBF'19 Day 1, 06/08/19. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is sweet malts, ripe melon, orange peel, pineapple, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, ripe tropical fruits, light pine, melon, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough on point IPA.

Super hazy golden and orange coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that fades and leaves just about nothing on top. Aroma of citrus fruits, grapefruit, pine, resin, flowers, candy, sugars and a touch of fresh-cut grass that shows a good deal of bitterness from the hops in the nose. Medium-bodied; Sweet, sticky candy and fruity flavours dominate with a lot of hops and bitterness and a floral and citrusey bite that gives a great balance to the rather strong malts and pleasant sweetness throughout. Aftertaste shows a lot of depth with the bitterness pungent throughout along with some good sweetness from the candy notes and ending with a good crisp citrus, floral and very tropically fruit note that really shows guava and papaya, especially at the end. Overall, a very nice and rich, hoppy, fruity and sweet, balanced beer that has pungent hop notes with a good bitterness, but also a great layer of malt and especially nice blend of fruit and sweet components make this very nice. An amazing New England IPA by way of San Diego that is definitely one to grab if you can find it and drink it as soon as possible! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 02-November-2020 for US$3,79 sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-December-2020.

$3.41 can, TWSP. Hazy to murky gold with a soft white head. Bubblegum, tangerine peel, light pineapple, orange peel, blueberry nose. Black tea, blueberry, tangerine, white pepper. Weird as hell, and I don't know if I like this or hate it. That's rare.

From a 355ml can on 17/11/2020. Pours a hazy light golden with a small head. Has a lightly dank tropical nose. On the sip, there's mango melon and passion fruit and some tangerine at the back which gives it a pleasant bite. The mouthfeel is silky, the carbonation average. Very solid and enjoyable.

12oz can. Unfiltered peach-orange body, not quite the thick, opaque look of a classical NE IPA. Drinks like a juicy West Coast IPA. Floaties too. Misses the mark, but remains drinkable enough. Boring hop tone, not a lot of depth. Not true to style, and not an improvement on their regular IPAs.

Cask at GBBF 2019, day 1 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a few bubbles comprising the head. Very good, dry and pithy, with some pine needles, citrus peel, light rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced finish. Very drinkable ale.
