Can. Toffee malt aroma with notes of bready malt, toasted malt, grassy and floral hops. Pours clear copper colored with a thin white head that has some retention and a little lacing. Starts with toffee, bready malt and grassy hop flavors. Finishes smooth and creamy with toasted malt and floral hop flavors. Excellent Vienna lager.

Draft at The King’s Head in Portland, Maine. The pour is a clear orangish golden with a ½ inch white head. The aroma is cracker malt, a touch of honey sweet and minimal bitterness. The taste is a nice clean mix of the cracker honey malt and soft earth bitterness towards the back. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry clean finish.

16 oz can from City Brew Tours Hanukkah box, night 6, 12/30/24. Pours a clear rusty orange color with a beige head and fairly strong lace. Bready and caramel malts. A little molasses, brown sugar notes, and some light spice as well. Mostly grainy malt flavor. Clean and very drinkable. Tingly feel. Somewhat dry finish. Pretty good. 7/4/7/4/15

My can looks a bit different, just plain red and brown with printing vienna on it, no cursive. Almost clear, light haze, palish brew. Slightly sweet nose. First swig is a little sweet, typical vienna, not in yer face tho. Just a typical well made vienna. I like it when the brewer doesn't try to add shit to a style in an effort to make it theirs. This is a stand alone good drinking brew; I typically don't care for most domestic viennas cause they're so over the top, cloying and forwardly unbalanced. Good level of co2 actually makes this quite quaffable for me. Not bad, just a well done on style vienna for a change. Finishes medium sweet mild caramel candy ending.

Pour is a hazy copper with a large white head. Aroma is a nice baked bread and honey malt. Flavor is a little light. Some caramel sweetness with a bitterness left on the tongue. Still a decent attempt but the aroma was far better than the flavor.
