27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear deep amber bronze with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is rich apple, baked, waxy, caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, crumble.Medium to heavy sweetness, light tangy tartness. Medium body, smooth, no carbonation. Rich sweet warming finish. Quite exquisite.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear amber brown without head. Aroma is sweet apples, red apples, caramel and apple pie. Flavor is very sweet and slightly acidic. Sweet and slightly acidic finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 270424

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear amber, oily, no head. Fermented apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, caramelised apple, a little spice and solid warmth – perhaps from the apple brandy.

375ml bottle pours out golden no head. Nose is big sweet apple some barrel and spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple honey barrel spice kick.

Pours a wonderful deep amber golden brown from a bottle. Rich apple, oak and vanilla aroma, that mixture of brown sugar and melted butter when baking. Similar flavor, very sweet with a bright tartness. Great cider.

Dessert! Lovely ice cream cake, with this ice cider. Tastes like good dessert wine, but appley instead of grapey. Sweet, complex, warming, yet pretty gentle. Lots of wood, nice amount of apple, and not sticky sweet. Barrel is there nicely. Fun!
