Bottle at LKS - big thanks to the main man himself. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, intense apple concentrate, vanilla, oaky, nectar, toffee and syrup. The taste is slick, dry, oily, toffee, honey, toffee apple, intense, baked apple, apple pie, some fruity tartness, booze hit and oak with a warming and slick finish. Full body and oily carbonation. Rich and filthy. Good fun.

Bottle received through the Eden Ice Cider club. Clear deep golden pour with nice legs. Big apple caramel aroma. Vanilla and calvados. Sweet and balanced fruity sour. Viscous round tart mouth. On-site @ Eden: Gold in color. Liquer aroma with peach and brown sugar. This is intense in taste. Like the sweetest cider I’ve had but it’s very good. Apple brandy is present, a little alcohol burn and lingering finish.

Bottle at Colony Club’s ANXO event. Clear deep golden color with amber hues. Aroma is dusty with light funk, tannins, toasted caramel. Taste is complex, semi dry, tannins. Not nearly as sweet as most ice ciders I’ve had. Delicious.

3 oz bottle pour at Colony Club during the Anxo pop-up event. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of cheesy funk, sweet apples. Tastes of sweet tart apples, light booze, sweet syrup. Light body with a dry finish. Nicely masked alcohol.
