A special, one-off cider created for the Manchester Beer and Cider Festival 2020. It's a full juice cider with a difference—Kent isn't known for ciders that have tannin, but Sam found some on our farm, nestled among the orchards! This blend of 2016/ 2017/ 2018 ciders is an off-dry cider at 6.5% with spice and hints of orange blossom.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 30 May 2025) Hazy golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with yellow autumn apples, citrus and blossom. Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow apples, citrus, wood, tannins and a slightly astringent acidity in a dry finish. A gentle tannic bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Fresh, tasty and tart. Nice one.

Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple, fleshy, core & skin, floral note. Taste is sweetish & tart fruity, appley, strawberry hints, gooseberry, juicy, citrusy, spicy with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste comprises apple skins, orchard wood, light funk, straw, herb.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
