Cherry Wheat Beer

Before the Industrial Revolution communities were largely orientated around tasks. Ploughing, Weaving and of course Brewing. ‘Pessimist’ historian’s such as E.P Thompson argue that the implementation of clock time was a necessary consequence of industrialisation. The clock allowed industrial labor to be adequately measured and refined. Time passed became time spent. Owning a timepiece became a symbol of affluence in the new industrial economy, and clock time became forever inseparable from the industrial process. A bright and vibrant traditional wheat beer, heavily modernised , with midnight wheat malt and cherry puree.
