750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Clear sparkling golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy with bready & yeasty hints. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, apple, musty with notes of bread, yeast, white-wine and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
