Made from the juice of hand-picked apples from traditional Somerset cider orchards, allowed to ferment using naturally occurring yeasts.
A blend of classic cider apple varieties including Harry Master's Jersey, Michelin, Foxwhelp and Somerset Red Streak. Cold racked to slow and naturally arrest the fermentation, leaving just a touch of sweetness. With hints of melon, apricot and chestnut. Serve slightly chilled.

Bottle from the brewer's own stall at the Birmingham NEC Good Food Show. Murky gingery orange colour, no fizz. Dusty leather, apple skins, dryish, a touch of wood. I always find it more difficult to nail down the flavours on ciders than beers, but this was an interesting one; I enjoyed it.

750ml bottle from Wild West. Hazed orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of mucky funk, apple, juicy fruit. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, farmhouse funky, with orchard floor, muck hint, leathery notes, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
