330ml bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow. 2022 Harvest. Hazed golden colour, white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of juicy apple, toffee, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, earthy, fleshy with some funk, acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & bittersweet tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle picked up from their stall at Barra Castle Fine Fair. It pours crystal clear yellow with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh and bright, sweet crunchy apple, slight sourness, apple skin, light nuttiness, dried apple, hint of melon and earthiness. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, sweet - sour, tart, tangy, bright, vibrant, lightly puckering, juicy crunchy apple, touch of white wine, gooseberry, hint of acidity, some woody tannin, leather, limited alcohol and dries out through the finish to light tannin. Medium body and fine carbonation. Super drinkable. Bright and zingy.
