Surface Detail has now become part of our regular line up! We've done many different versions of this beautiful beer, all around the same theme of making a non-hazy but still full flavoured pale ale. The final version features Citra and Strata and packs a big punch in a seriously drinkable package. Oh, and did we mention that it's now gluten free? Bonus!

Cloudy/hazy gold with a bubbly white head and a soft fruity nose, subtle tropical going on. Up front it’s juicy fruit which fades into a dry, very slightly bitter finish

Large tight white head on a finely carbonated unclear dull golden coloured body. Orange, mango & exotic fruits aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a cloying back. Nectarine, lemon, melon & bitter hop tastes with a peppery finish.
Nice quaffer.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. The pale malts are thin in the mouthfeel but provide a decent sweetness. Light crisp cooling pine. Some light savoury skunk into reasonably bright citrus. Passion fruit? Yes! A little underneath the skunk. Crisp finish. Nice apa, does a good job with both hops. Just a slightly more rounded mouthfeel would be good.

Tap at craft beer junction. A light hazed golden straw coloured pour with a lively frothy white head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy fruit, orange rind, wheat, bubble gum. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheaty grains, spicy orange rind, bark, waxy citrus, grass. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Not bad.
