Siggy Wiggy medium cider.

Blue Tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) or ‘Siggy Wiggy’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. This colourful little bird is a common sight on the farm. It can often be found pecking insects off our fruit trees. By surrounding our orchards with thick, woody hedges for them to nest in, we have our resident pest control!

24/3/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is coconut, flowery, woody, funky, hedgerow. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Nice drying finish. Liked this.

500ml bottle from Brooksgrove Farm. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, funk hint. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy fruity, wood, earthy, with some funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.
