Panda thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear very pale petrol coloured pour with no much head.. Aroma is semi sweet, subdued, earthy pear, bark, light tang, waxy notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, bark, some tannin, woody notes, pear drops, woody apple pips. Palate is light tang, mellow carbonation. Not bad.

750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a loud pop. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fleshy apple, fruit, gooseberry, white wine notes. Taste is fruity, apple, gooseberry, whitecurrant, vanilla, fudge, yeast, white wine, with some drying mellow acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
