Grown of the Welsh Marches, this naturally sparkling grape skin contact cider is a celebration of some of the finest produce of our local area. Once pressed Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grape skins, organically grown by Black Mountain Vineyard were layered into barrels with fresh pomace of Foxwhelp apples harvested from 90 year old trees in the Golden Valley. After macerating this heady blend overnight, the mixture was then pressed the following day before being allowed to ferment naturally.

Vibrant, ripe blackcurrant sits cosily with an autumnal woodland earthiness and a wisp of lip-licking salinity on the finish. Pairs beautifully with honey drizzled goats cheese.

Black mountain vineyard and winery is a small organic vineyard in rural Herefordshire, near the boader with Powys, Wales.
