750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Bronzy golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, earthy, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, fleshy, with some barnyard funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
