DMC Taproom Visit 2026 Beer#3. Pale golden coloured brew. Notably smoked, this is a big part of its aftertaste with a lot of charred wood exemplifying this in taste. Ginger is prominent before this at very manageable levels, probably as its vanilla has a subduing effect.

11/10/2024. Draft pour at Nottingham Beer Festival shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma is smoky, ginger, spiced, vanilla, biscuit. Very nice warming spicy taste. Medium body, average carbonation. Drying finish. Liked this.

Keg at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Hazy yellow golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of smoked meats, ginger, fruity, spice. Taste is sweet, fruity, ginger, smoked sausage, with spices and some warming notes. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry gingery warming spiced finish. Quite drinkable
