Our collab with Valhalla Bar in York, the inspiration for this was the traditional Blood Mead, but with DMC style! Packed full of blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and dark cherries, this fruity ginger beer has a big Nordic Vibes and is infused with Juniper Berry

DMC Taproom Visit 2026 Beer#1. Maybe as sessionable as it gets for a notably spiced brew before it kicks in, it's easy enough in texture and even in its juniper heavy taste. The spiciness grows in its aftertaste and lingers and is quite fiery here. Has a peachy coloured appearance.

keg at Nottingham beer festival 2025 Wednesday ...hazy light white ...soft ginger ..Light fruit ..soft ginger beer but something interesting assume the juniper ..kight fruity edge

11/11/2024. Draft pour at NBF shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Aroma is sweet, berries, ginger, dried fruits, blackcurrant, juniper. Very sweet, with some mild ginger warmth in the background. Sweet ribena like finish. Quite liked it.

Keg at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Red colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of berry fruit, juniper, wood, gin-like notes. Taste is sweet, gingery, with berry and juniper notes, some spice and heat. Medium bodied, mediumcarbonation, dry & sweet gingery warming finish. Nicely drinkable
