BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, funky, barnyard, earthy, leather, with some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable

9/2/2020. From Bag in a Box at the Bull Baiters, Worcester. Pours clear golden with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples, toffee and a hint of honey. Quite sweet but not over powering. Moderate body, bit sticky, with soft to flat carbonation.
