The first ever Porter's Perfection S.V. from Ross-on-Wye! A late season bittersharp that is very popular across the United States, it is instantly recognisable due to its tendency to grow fused apples. A 'bass notes' aroma leads into a grassy flavour with lime, grapefruit and lychee notes, underpinned by minerality and very soft tannins.

500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Pressed Nov 23, Bottled July 2024. Batch F70. Pale yellow gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple & mucky funk. Taste is fleshy apple, with fruity lychee, grapefruit, some grassy notes, farmyard funk and zesty acidity. Light bodied, medium carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
