500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Pressed Oct 2023, Bottled March 2024. Batch F52 at 6.7%. Bright orange colour, fizzing thin white foam head and aroma of apple, caramel, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruit, fleshy, with alittle orchardy funk, some drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
