14/11/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear very pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma is mucky, funky, perry pear, floral, citric, vanilla, stable straw. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, light carbonation. Nicely done.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear pale straw petrol coloured pour with a fading white fizz. Aroma is nice earthy pear, woody, quince, freshfruit, mild funk, white wine. Flavour is composed of crisp woody pears, woody pips, lemon twist, quince. Palate is crisp and tart, mellow carbonation, semi crisp finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 22/10/24. Pale washed out yellow with a fast escaping white cap. Nose is bitter sweet pears, hedgerow, light balsa wood, herb. Taste comprises tangy pears, orchard wood, modest acidity, barnyard nip. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy refreshing pear jus.

750ml wired cork bottle from Ceci Paolo, Ledbury. Opened with a pop. Pale golden colour, sparkling, with a fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of flowers, zesty, perry pear, ripe fruity, citric, some funk. Taste is sweetish, perry peary, fleshy, wood, floral elderflower, funky hints, with grapefruit, some tartness, and zingy citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
