500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, wood, mucky funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, orchardy, funky, woody, with some sherberty acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
