Wild Ferment Single Variety

Our first single variety of this popular Devon cider variety, originating from the Crediton area (shoutout to Sandford Orchards!). A large apple that makes it a pleasure to harvest. A honeysuckle aroma welcomes the drink onto the palate, with the flavour to follow light and pleasant. Easy drinking dry cider for everybody. 500ml. 4.7%.

500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white bubbly head and aroma of apple, fruit, core, flowery, twiggy, earthy. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, tropical fruity & peachy notes, some barnyard funk hints, acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying stone fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
