750ml bottle from London Cider House. Opened with a loud pop and gush. Murky yellowy gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple & pear. Taste is tart, peary, floral, fruity, with fleshy apple, hint of funk and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
