BIAB at the Fat Cat’s 2024 Beer Festival with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is what you would expect with a raspberry ripple cider. Ice cream, vanilla, raspberry, dried fruit and bubblegum. Very sweet and smooth. Tastes artificial, but does delivery what its name says.

From a bag on 11th October 2024, The Anvil, Shifnal. Sweet with raspberries rippling through it.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, white bubbly foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of raspberry, vanilla, apple. Taste is sweet, raspberry ripple, vanilla, custard, with apple and sugary notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet raspberry & vanilla finish. Quite OK

18/7/2024. From BIAB at the 2024 Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet raspberry ripple, vanilla custard, stewed apple. Quite sweet with a tart edge. Light body, watery, soft carbonation. Clammy finish. Sweet and it is what it is but it’s okay.
