Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear bright yellow gold coloured pour with a loose leafy, mealy apple, medium funk, horsey, light salt. Flavour is composed of super tart, pithy green apple, granny smith, pinch of acid, bark, Palate is super sharp , tangy, citric acid, mellow carbonation. super dry.

750ml bottle from Drink Finder. 2023 Vintage. Clear golden colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruit. Taste is sweetish & tart fruity, apple, some skin and flesh, with floral notes, drying acidity and some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry acidic and tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
